Andrew Greenwell

CEO and Principal, Venture Sotheby's International Realty
Andrew Greenwell is the CEO and principal at Venture Sotheby’s International Realty, based in Pleasanton, California. A licensed broker, formerly of Keller Williams Realty, Andrew averages $250 million in sales per year and led his former team to nearly $1 billion in annual sales.

Early on, Andrew knew that realty would be his path to success. At age 12, Andrew recalls reading articles and information on housing and commercial real estate, studying the trades and skills embodied by his mentors in the industry. Founding his own brokerage as a 19-year-old college freshman, Andrew grew the company to three offices while simultaneously earning his college degree.

In 2007, he was named one of Realtor Magazine’s “Top 30 Realtors in America Under 30.” It was then he decided to head west. In 2011, after spending four successful years as CEO/team leader of Keller Williams Greater Seattle, Andrew decided to migrate south and moved to California. There, he expanded his network and knowledge of the industry as he continued to grow his professional grandeur as CEO/team leader of Keller Williams Tri-Valley.

In September of 2014, Andrew made the decision to venture out on his own, and created his own company, Venture Sotheby’s International Realty. Today, Andrew owns one of the premier real estate firms in the Bay Area and specializes in ultra-luxury real estate in and around San Francisco.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University, Tallahassee. He currently lives in Livermore, CA with his partner Paal Salvesen and their Cockapoos, Maggie and Violet. Andrew is proud to support 3Strands – a philanthropic organization dedicated to mobilizing a worldwide community of individuals and organizations to positively change lives by investing in sustainable initiatives that fight human trafficking. He has also been a long-time supporter of Community Youth Development, a resource for addressing the needs of teens in Sarasota County.
