Danny Klorman
Founder and CEO, N3Tec
Daniel Klorman is a highly motivated, forward thinking, young entrepreneur/photographer, who, at the age of 18, founded the 3-D virtual imaging company N3Tec. The company, powered by Matterport Technology, caters primarily to the residential and commercial real estate markets, along with the hospitality, vacation, retail and construction industries.
As CEO and founder of N3Tec, Daniel oversees all aspects of Sales and Business development, Client Relations, and Strategic marketing for the company.
Daniel’s innate aptitude for problem solving led to his discovery of the Matterport camera, a special high-definition 3-D camera designed to capture 360-degree views of a property and then piece them together to create a virtual walk-through experience unlike any other. The results could be likened to a 24/7 open house and allow the viewer to digitally walk through every inch of a property, step by virtual step.
Daniel started his first business at just 11 years old. Selling candy from 6th thru 9th grade, he grossed an average of 60-90 dollars per day. He started out with a homemade stand in front of his house and eventually moved into going mobile and hiring his first 3 employees.
Throughout his education, Daniel was a member of the Virtual Enterprise Program, furthering his knowledge of accounting, leadership, marketing, management and business start-up, as well as the vital importance of ethics. Presently, Daniel is pursuing a degree in business with a certificate in marketing management.
